Ask MetalMate
When you send a question, its text and the current conversation are sent through MetalMate to OpenAI. A selected Knowledge article or Grade Guide record may accompany the question. Web search may be used for current information; search queries can contain information derived from your question. Do not include secrets, personal data or confidential customer information.
Conversations are held in this page’s memory and clear on reload. The API requests store: false. This does not mean zero retention: OpenAI’s standard abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Hosting request logs may also exist; the operator has not yet published a complete retention schedule.
MTO Analyzer
Local parsing does not send pasted material data to an external AI service. AI-assisted parsing sends it to OpenAI only after the existing confirmation step. MTO data is not sent to web search. Results remain in page memory. The full MTO disclosure remains available in the analyzer.
Provider and browser storage
OpenAI API data is not used for model training by default unless the API organization opts in. Standard abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days, subject to the organization’s controls. Legacy Watchlist preferences are stored on this browser, not synced to an account.
